I took part in The Mama Coach-Courteney Dennet's breastfeeding class and all I can say is WOW! Mama's I highly highly suggest this class, especially if you have any breastfeeding questions, concerns or if your like me and had absolutely no knowledge or idea about breastfeeding and was just going with the flow. All thanks to Courteney, I can confidently say that if my baby was born tomorrow I would know what to do, what to look out for and have a better understanding of the meaning behind the different things I am seeing or experiencing. I feel like no amount of words is enough express my gratitude for everything she has not only taught me but supported me through! This woman was made to do this! Her delivery and presence is so calming, heartfelt, and supportive, she is such a wonderful person and I am forever grateful for her! 10000/10 recommend, definitely check her out!!!

I had such a wonderful experience in my first session with Courteney Dennett (the mama coach) she was extremely kind, supportive and created a very comfortable atmosphere to talk in! She has so much prenatal knowledge, the amount that I took away from this session was unbelievable! When I first got pregnant I didn't know if I was going to take any prenatal classes, I just thought I would go with the flow and educate myself along the way. Oh my gosh am I ever glad I took these classes instead!! The little amount I actually knew was astonishing! Courteney covered absolutely every little thing there is to know about the different stages of pregnancy, labour and after labour and all of the different expectations! I am so excited for my next session with the mama coach this week! Having this knowledge under my belt and just having someone to talk to who fully understands my pregnancy journey has helped so much with my anxiety! I am extremely thankful for Courteney and her amazing program! Mama's and future Mama's out there, if you haven't already, I really recommend you look into her programs she has to offer you will not regret it I promise!
